These Terms & Conditions outline the policies, agreements, and conditions that apply when working with Branded Kiwi Limited. By requesting a quote, placing an order, approving artwork, or engaging our services, you agree to the applicable terms listed below.
Some services require additional agreements or waivers which will be provided before work begins.
Standard Terms of Trade
Our standard terms of trade govern the supply of goods and services provided by Branded Kiwi Limited, including pricing, payment terms, delivery, liability, warranties, and dispute resolution. These terms apply to all goods and services supplied unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Vehicle Wrap Terms & Conditions
Vehicle wrap services have additional conditions relating to vehicle preparation, artwork approval, wrap installation, and aftercare requirements.
These terms explain responsibilities regarding vehicle condition, installation processes, and wrap maintenance.
Signage Installation Terms
Where signage installation is carried out, additional installation terms apply covering site access, structural suitability, permits, safety requirements, and installation responsibilities.
Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or consents for installation sites.
Design & Artwork Terms
All artwork, designs, layouts, and concepts produced by Branded Kiwi Limited remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork proofs prior to production.
Automotive Paint Damage Waiver
For vinyl graphics applied to vehicles, customers may be required to sign a paint waiver acknowledging that older or previously repaired paintwork may be damaged during installation or removal.
Application to certain surfaces, including fibreglass, may also carry additional risk and is undertaken at the customer’s discretion.
Credit Account Application
Businesses wishing to open a credit account with Branded Kiwi Limited must complete a credit application form and agree to our credit terms.
Approval is subject to reference checks and credit approval.
Personal Guarantee
Where credit accounts are approved, a personal guarantee may be required from company directors or authorised representatives to secure the account.
This guarantees payment obligations under the credit account agreement.
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, approving a quote, approving artwork, or using services supplied by Branded Kiwi Limited, the customer confirms they have read and accepted the applicable terms listed above.
